With the transformation from fitness industry to service driven,users have a strong demand for high-quality fitness.In the market,there are gradually multiple fitness scene needs covering users in the form of high-quality group exercise themed gymnasium,intelligent fitness club,online sports app,etc.women's fitness club is one of the new fitness formats.It starts from a single gender dimension,accurately positioning the fitness needs and social needs of women.In this paper,the female exclusive fitness club as the research object,compared with the relevant cases at home and abroad,from the perspective of meeting the needs of female users to analyze its design features.In addition,the experience characteristics of pure women's fitness environment are analyzed from the perspective of group,and the design strategy of this new type of fitness club to stimulate women's group's fitness power are derived,so as to help women's fitness club obtain the balanced development of culture,experience and business.Group dynamics emphasizes the group as an organic whole,on this basis to explore the potential power of group behavior or individual behavior.To a certain extent,women's similar role characteristics are conducive to better play the group characteristics,so there is adaptability between the theory and the research object.From the perspective of this theory,this paper explores the user experience of group cooperation mode of women's fitness clubs,and summarizes the experience elements that stimulate the motivation of women's group fitness.By creatively combining the group dynamics theory with the user experience theory,and adopting the methods of user interview,card classification and questionnaire interview,the real fitness experience of female fitness members is recorded to summarize their experience needs.Combined with the five factors of group dynamics,the characteristics of women's group roles and fitness process,the experience factors of women's fitness club is divided into five dimensions,namely motivation,identity,performance,willingness and environment.From the perspective of motivation,this paper puts forward the intervention design strategies of dividing female role types by personality characteristics,arousing female fitness interest perception by new media,and ritualizing female individual fitness value;from the perspective of identity,it puts forward the infectious design strategies of constructing interactive ritual chain to promote group identity and value Co creation and deep link;from the perspective of performance,it puts forward the use of improving group interaction process The feedback design strategy of user participation mechanism and mutual assistance mechanism is proposed to enlarge user perceived value;the stimulating design strategy of social identity channel is proposed from the perspective of willingness,which helps individual goals and smooth symbol expression;the enabling design strategy of the whole process professional service to create a closed-loop physical scene and a cultural field of female emotional resonance value is proposed from the perspective of environment,In order to help optimize the fitness experience of female members,and provide design reference for the service development of female fitness club.
