In order to study the Maxwell damping dissipation system which set up brace,in response of seismic random excitation and the calculation methods of earthquake action based on seismic codes.In this paper modify the integral constitutive model of brace stiffness and Maxwell damping in series,and then precise modeling which install the modified Maxwell damping equation of dissipatipon system.its main content is as follows:First of all,receive the relaxation function and brace stiffness of Maxwell damping dissipation system which set up brace,the exact time-domain and expansion order by integral-differential for Maxwell damper with brace are established.Using the transfer matrix method for precise decoupling motion equation,make use of the residue principle residue and factoring for impedance of the motion equation and transfer matrix are obtained,so put the overall response of Maxwell damping dissipatipon system into The structure of the characteristic value and its corresponding modal analysis under arbitrarily random excitation,and the zero initial conditions.Under zero initial conditions,Overall response of the damping suspension system can be represented by the uniform expression,especially,for the first time,the response of the damper force and velocity,brace displacement and velocity and damper displacement and velocity are obtained.Secondly,the actual seismic have randomness and non-stationary features.To have got the time domain transient response analysis of damping vibration system,based on 9 kinds of non-stationary random earthquake excitation model,its structure is obtained by mathematical deduction under non-stationary random earthquake excitation model response variance.Uses case to verify the brace stiffness changes have great influence on the overall response of the damping suspension system.Finally,in order to obtain maximum damping suspension system based on response spectrum response design value,white noise stationary random excitation is commonly used in engineering,damping suspension system of the energy dissipation structure are decomposes to the linear combination of the response variance of first-order and second-order standard oscillator,in the current seismic code in our country has not yet been first-order standard oscillator,so through the first proportion relation between first-order and second-order standard oscillator,put damping suspension system variance response completely into a series of second order oscillator linear combination.and then,the approximate design and correspondingearthquake under the random excitation of value analysis method of value overall response of damping dissipation system are obtained.
