The welding arm is the main component of a load carrying machine,but the residual stress caused by welding is easy to cause the distortion of the boom plate,the size deviation,and so on.In particular,it has a greater impact on the loader assembly and service life.Therefore,it is important to develop the intelligent correction system of the arm to optimize the manufacturing process,reduce the labor intensity,improve the accuracy and service life.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)First of all,the spot investigation is carried out to study the causes and correction methods of the deformation of the arm after welding,than to know the manual correction process of the boom and to collect relevant correction data.(2)The feasibility test of the intelligent arm modification is carried out,and the test proves that the scheme is feasible.(3)With the acquisition of the 21D1031 type boom correction data as the research object,using the data processing of BP neural network,a research arm of the deviation type and introduced the relevant contact distance,to provide a theoretical basis for the boom of intelligent correction system.(4)Based on the feasibility test,the development of the intelligent correction system is carried out.Including the design and installation of the experimental platform,the design of the electrical system,the selection and installation of the electronic components,the design and editing of the program flow,the design of the new arm correction process and so on.(5)For the boom of intelligent correction experiment,analysis of experimental results and records,after commissioning and continuous improvement,finally obtains the qualified application and actual production line of a boom correction system,which will automatically detect technology,computer software technology,data acquisition and processing technology combined,fully reflect the advanced nature of the system.This study further understand the deformation of the loader boom after welding,and design a set of can be applied to actual production boom intelligent correction system,improve the accuracy of correction,boom reduces the labor intensity,improve the service life of the loader arm.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the intelligent management and improvement of the loader production line.
