| In recent years,China’s transportation facilities have become increasingly perfect,the logistics industry has achieved unprecedented development,and logistics centers have emerged at the historic moment.The construction of the logistics center has greatly promoted the development of China’s logistics industry.As the first step in the construction and operation of the logistics center,the layout planning problem is even more important.Because logistics centers are often large in scale,it is difficult to rebuild them once they are built,and there are certain risks associated with large capital investment.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the logistics center as much as possible in the design and reduce the resources caused by unreasonable layout waste.At the same time,railways play a pivotal role in transportation.The logistics center makes full use of railway lines during the construction process.Considering the railway dividing line can bring great convenience to the logistics center.While reducing geographical constraints,it also reduces costs and improves logistics levels.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,it expounds the research background of logistics center layout planning and the research significance of rational layout of functional areas,and then summarizes the basic theory of logistics center layout planning,which provides theoretical support for the following layout planning.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of logistics center,and puts forward the layout mode of logistics center considering railway dividing line,introduces the layout mode in detail,and expounds its advantages and the policy support of the country.Thirdly,a layout planning model with the objective function of maximizing the correlation between functional areas and the lowest total transportation cost is proposed considering the railway dividing line.An improved SLP method is proposed,which effectively reduces the influence of subjective factors in the layout process.The model is solved by SAPSO algorithm,which improves the validity of the results.Finally,the layout model of the improved SLP considering the railway dividing line is verified through an example,and the layout results are further tested by Flexsim simulation,so as to obtain the final layout scheme,and then verify the layout model proposed in this paper.The effectiveness and rationality of the optimization algorithm provides some reference for the functional area layout of other logistics centers. |
