Under the background that intelligent manufacturing has become the focus of my country's industrial manufacturing development,the development of industrial product design that can match it has become a problem to be solved.As a member of the rapidly developing laser industry,laser marking machine has important and broad development prospects and significance.In order to improve the design status of laser marking machine product design is insufficient,homogenization is serious,and the brand awareness is not strong,this article carries out design research on the product design of laser marking machine.Based on the product family theory,the system design and analysis of the laser marking machine is carried out,the components of the laser marking machine product are deconstructed and reorganized,and the DNA of the laser marking machine product family is obtained.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method,semantic difference method and other methods are used to construct the relationship between the product family DNA of the laser marking machine and the perceptual image of the product,and the interactive genetic algorithm is used to optimize the component combination method to obtain the basic appearance plan of the product design.,Combine this solution with the functional requirements obtained from previous market research,theoretical research,and expert interviews,and apply it to the design of laser marking machine products.This paper studies the innovative design method using product family theory,which uses the combination of product components to analyze the appearance of the product.Through the theory of product family DNA combined with biological chromosomal inheritance,the needs and defects of product design are analyzed.Combined with the product's perceptual image to design the appearance,quantify the abstract product appearance design,and use interactive genetic algorithm to optimize the analysis results.The application of this design method can match the product features of the laser marking machine,improve the design elements and design points of the laser marking machine,and have certain reference significance for the appearance design of the laser marking machine product.
