Study On The Design Of Household Toilet Disinfection Products

The main content of this project is to study and design the disinfection products in the environment of household toilet by using the perceptual engineering.There are many pollution sources in the household toilet,such as dampness,poor ventilation,etc.,which are easy to breed bacteria and pollute toothbrush,towel,etc.The popularization rate of toilet disinfection products is low.At the same time,the products available on the market have the problems of single shape and weak pertinence.Therefore,it is necessary to design a toilet disinfection product that meets the user's emotional needs by using perceptual engineering.Through on-line and on-site investigation,the classification,structural principle,modeling characteristics,design principle,development trend and other aspects of disinfection products are understood and summarized,the use environment and user needs are analyzed,and design elements are found.Based on the perceptual engineering,the design process is established,the perceptual vocabulary and sample pictures are collected,screened and determined,the semantic space composed of6 pairs of perceptual adjectives and 10 samples of disinfection products is established,the semantic difference sub scale is issued for investigation,the user's perceptual demand for the shape of disinfection products is understood,the design elements of toilet disinfection products are summarized,and sufficient preparation is made for the design and research of the subject Design basis,guide the completion of design development and scheme evaluation.Based on the theory of perceptual engineering,a sterilized mirror cabinet is designed,which is simple and modern in shape and meets the perceptual needs of users.New functions are added to the original toilet facilities.The user's learning cost is low,the space of the toilet is saved,and the functions of the toilet are enriched at the same time.This study summarizes the current situation and development trend of disinfection products in the market,explores the specific methods and experimental process of using perceptual engineering to design disinfection products,and provides a new solution for the design of toilet disinfection products.
