At present,the impact of digital technology on traditional industries is gradually increasing,and the scale of digital economy is also expanding,which not only causes the change of economic structure,but also stimulates the rapid growth of the number of digital talents Digital talents play an increasingly important role in the process of promoting digital transformation,facilitating technological innovation and accelerating the optimization of economic structureAt the same time,deepening the research and application of big data and artificial intelligence,cultivating new information technology,and expanding the digital economy have gradually become the main tone of economical and technical development.Innovation in digital technology and development of digital economy have become the consensus of governments at all levels.The government's active policy guidance and the continuous innovation enthusiasm of enterprises have promoted the construction of Digital Technology Parks all over the country,making them not only the active area of digital technology innovation,but also the gathering place of digital talentsTaking digital talent as the research object,this paper analyzes the characteristics as well as demands for public space of them.And then summarizes the design principles and strategies of urban parks based on the characteristics of digital talent,under the analysis of high-tech parks' landscape design.On these basis,taking the Huangjinwei area,a part of the Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City,as the practical object,the design principles and strategies obtained from the analysis are applied to the design of the Huangjinwei urban park.
