In the 21 st century,the continuous development of science and technology,as well as the rapid improvement of product information and intelligent performance,are constantly improving people's living environment.Facing the complexity and danger of the industrial environment,how to make the positioning valve system meet the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption,strong intelligence and good anti-interference ability has become a hot topic in the industrial field.At the same time,based on this work,to achieve the overall reliability and economy of the system,this requirement has also become a hot research topic.The traditional positioner can not meet the needs of industrial production in high-precision performance and intelligent characteristics.In order to better apply the intelligent valve positioning system to the actual production in the industrial field,we take the actual scientific research project as the background,aiming at the low power consumption performance of the system,the intelligent positioning valve controller uses MSP430 as the core control chip to make full use of the on-chip resources,combined with the peripheral hardware circuit design,such as voltage limiting power supply,infrared remote control hardware circuit,human-computer interaction circuit,etc.;software design In the control strategy,the improved BP neural network is used to adjust the PI parameters and find out the most reasonable PI control parameters of the valve in different time and valve section.The valve positioning system not only has the advantages of high control accuracy,low power consumption,short research and development cycle,but also can adjust the flow of the valve at will.At the same time,it has the practical functions of man-machine interface,infrared remote control,etc.After the design of software and hardware,the actual product is tested,connected and debugged with the system.Through the calculation and demonstration of the experimental data for many times,the experimental results achieve the expected results.
