Steel structure is widely used in the construction of water conservancy projects in China due to its economic and environmental protection,convenient construction and stable structure.However,due to the particularity of the steel dam structure,the economic benefits of early steel dam projects were not high,which led to the slow development of steel dams.And the current domestic research on steel structure dams is relatively weak,and the relevant codes and standards have not been mentioned.Therefore,research on steel structure dams has very important theoretical significance and practical value.Through theoretical analysis,simulation and other methods,this paper studies the structural types and design parameters of steel dams.The main work is:1.Determine the basic supporting system of the structure by analyzing the mechanical performance of the steel structure with different structural types and layout forms;study the structural layout of the structure according to the basic supporting system,design three layout schemes and analyze the mechanical performance,combined with the support The system and layout form determine the structural type of the steel dam as multi-layer diagonal bracing staggered layout structure,and establish a complete dam body model;2.On the basis of the multi-layer diagonal braced staggered structure,research the factors that affect its mechanical performance,and determine the section design parameters as the main factors;3.According to the data characteristics of the model file,optimize the dam body calculation model.Combined with the section parameters of the I-shaped steel rod designed according to the specifications,the finite element analysis and discussion of the overall model were conducted,and it was concluded that the rod is an important factor affecting the mechanical performance of the steel dam structure;4.Combining the research results of the structure type and design parameters,the stress performance of the dam body under different working conditions is analyzed,the calculation results meet the engineering needs,and the validity of the conclusions of the research on the structure type and design parameters of the steel dam is verified and further clarified The advantages of steel dams;5.Based on the research results,summarize the working characteristics of steel structure gravity dams,and describe the anti-corrosion measures of the dam body according to the leakage characteristics of steel structures.
