In the context of increasing energy shortage in the world, energy conservation research has attracted more and more scholars' attention, especially the optimization research of building energy consumption. As one of the main components of public buildings, campus buildings have always been areas with very high energy consumption. There are currently many studies on energy efficiency in campus buildings, but most of them ignore student needs and satisfaction. This paper investigates the management and use of the teaching building of Guangdong University of Technology, combines student self-study satisfaction evaluation and analysis of influencing factors, studies the energy consumption optimization of the self-study classroom, and provides a reference for the teaching building to develop a reasonable management strategy.First, through a field inspection of the use of the teaching building of Guangdong University of Technology,a typical teaching building was determined as the research object.Analyze the current situation of energy consumption in teaching buildings and the existing open strategies, and design questionnaires and measured survey plans for students' self-study habits and subjective satisfaction.Secondly, using the designed questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction with the use of self-study classrooms in the teaching buildings studied. The analysis combined with the on-site measurement found that:(1)The parameters of the classroom basically meet the requirements of students, but the temperature is too high during the self-study period in the summer evening.(2)Students have a high subjective satisfaction with the classroom as a whole, and the dissatisfaction factors are mainly air-conditioning opening hours and classroom temperature. On this basis, combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the gray correlation analysis method to determine the satisfaction of students using the self-study classroom when the classroom air conditioner is fully open, the air conditioner is half open and not open. Finally, considering the different opening strategies of the classroom, combining the satisfaction and energy consumption to establish a dual-objective optimization model, design and implement a multi-objective genetic algorithm, obtain the Pareto optimal solution set,and calculate the corresponding energy saving rate and satisfaction value. It also proposes a management control plan for the use of partitions in the classroom for lighting factors, combined with feedback on satisfaction, and estimates the electricity savings when the current maximum occupancy rate is reached. In addition,by looking for the relationship curve between the satisfaction evaluation value and the indoor temperature, and the relationship between the temperature and the power consumption, the temperature setting interval within the satisfaction range is obtained.Based on the analysis of satisfaction and energy consumption, this paper puts forward the strategy of reasonably changing the open management of self-study classroom, solves the problem of waste of existing teaching building resources, and provides reference for the optimization of energy consumption for the buildings of university teaching buildings with the same management mode.
