In the distribution network,the number of distribution transformers is large,the installation location is dispersed,and the degree of automation is low,and the distribution transformer is a power device directly facing the user,and its working state directly affects the user's power quality,the distribution transformer Stable operation plays an extremely important role in the stability of the entire power system.For a long time,the normal operation and maintenance of transformers in the power system mainly adopts two methods: preventive test and regular maintenance.However,preventive tests require power outages that affect the reliability of the power supply;some of the equipment replaced during regular maintenance is not necessary to be replaced,reducing economics.Therefore,the traditional maintenance method is not compatible with the development trend of modern state maintenance.At the same time,the operation and maintenance personnel of the power system are limited,and the operation and maintenance workload of the distribution transformer is huge.It is difficult to comprehensively carry out the inspection and maintenance work of the distribution transformer.The distribution transformer is in a "sick disease" working state.Most of the distribution transformer failures that have occurred are caused by years of disrepair,which brings great safety hazards to the safe operation of the entire power grid.In order to study the distribution transformer fault diagnosis technology,this project will develop a portable distribution transformer oil fault and rapid diagnostic device.By detecting the content of characteristic gas in the distribution transformer oil,the oil temperature and the sound emitted by the transformer during the operation,a distribution transformer fault diagnosis system based on multi-index comprehensive evaluation is established to realize rapid measurement of multiple parameters of the distribution transformer.The safe operation of the power grid and the maintenance of the state provide the basis for decision making.
