In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,the demand for product quality has become higher and higher.At the same time,due to the shortage of labor,the labor cost has also increased relatively a lot.In order to produce products more efficiently,the machinery manufacturing industry began to move towards automation and intelligence.Magnetic components,as the key components in the electronic industry,have been widely used in various industries,but the rear assembly processes of magnetic components,such as magnetic core assembly,coating and testing,have always adopted manual work,which is of great labor intensity,the production efficiency is low,t he product quality is bad.Therefore urgently needs to realize the magnetic element rear section Assembly working procedure the full automation.For this reason,this paper takes ee8.3 transformer magnetic core automatic assembly as the carrier to carry out a detailed study on the automatic assembly process of magneti c components in the later stage.The EE8.3 automatic transformer core assembler consists of four main parts: the first is the automatic feeding of magnetic core and coil skeleton;the second is the automatic assembly and grinding of magnetic core;the third is the magnetic core of the automatic coating and cutting tape;finally,testing,blanking and plate setting of EE8.3 transformer.According to the functions and process characteristics of th ese four parts,the following work has been done in this paper:(1)The market demand and current production status of small transformer are investigated,and the related equipments at home and abroad are known through consulting the literature.(2)According to the requirements of EE8.3 transformer parts materials,dimensions and assembly specifications,in-depth analysis of the core assembly process and related parameters,select the appropriate assembly process line.On this basis,the basic layout of the core assembly machine is determined.(3)Using Creo software to model the parts,assemble the parts of each organizat ion and assemble the equipment.At the same time,the movement of each mechanism is analyzed in detail,the design of typical mechanism is calculated,and the material selection requirements for the assembly and related parts of each mechanism are proposed.Finally,using CREO virtual simulation software to carry on the kinematics and mechanical analysis to the typical mechanism of the transformer core assembly machine,to perfect the design of the mechanism and improve the motion performance.(4)According to the system control requirements,select PLC,touch screen,sensors,solenoid valve,transformer testing equipment and other hardware models;according to different functions,the input and output ports are classified,I / 0 Address is assigned,and the electrical schematic diagram is designed;design PLC program and touch screen control screen,carry out equipment installation and debugging.(5)This paper analyzes the selection of power supply and air source,mechanical installation,electrical connection,connection and debugging methods of air pressure circuit in the installation process of EE8.3 transformer automatic assembly machine.Finally,the equipment is debugged and accepted. |
