Aiming at the problem that the internal magnetic field of the traditional PMSM is difficult to be flexibly adjusted,a hybrid rotor-structure permanent magnet synchronous motor with an automatic flux-weakening device is proposed.The machine is composed of a hybrid rotor structure PMSM and an additional mechanical automatic fluxweakening device.In order to determine the best topology structure parameters of the PMSM used with this type of mechanical device,the parameters of HRPMSM are optimized.Compare the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor with the interior permanent magnet synchronous machine to determine the better topology.This paper analyzes the operation principle of the motor and the mechanical device,and studies the air gap flux density,no-load back EMF,speed torque relationship and the gear rotation angle of the mechanical device under different operation conditions by the finite element simulation and mechanical dynamics simulation,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the mechanical magnetic device.The temperature distribution of HRPMSM at different rotating speeds is obtained by multi physical field simulation,and the rotor strength of HRPMSM is verified.The results of this paper provide a reference for the design of this type mechanical variable flux motor.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.The stator and rotor parameters of HRPMSM are optimized by using Ansoft Maxwell software.Based on the comprehensive analysis of several indexes of motor torque performance,the optimum stator and rotor parameters suitable for the motor body are determined,the slot torque of the motor is reduced,and the operation characteristics of the motor are comprehensively improved.2.By comparing the operation characteristics of IPMSM and HRPMSM at rated speed,the effect of different types of permanent magnets in motor performance and their mutual influence in HRPMSM under No-Load and load operation are obtained through simulation analysis.Secondly,the variation of internal magnetic field and weakening magnetic effect of HRPMSM with different rotation angles are analyzed and compared,the law of weakening magnetic effect changing with rotation angle is obtained.3.In order to enhance the stability of mechanical automatic flux-weakening device and the force of gear to permanent magnet in operation,the structure of double-sided magnetizing device is proposed and the reliability of mechanical automatic fluxweakening device is verified by ADAMS software.4.The temperature and stress fields simulation model are established in ANSYS Workbench software.After simulation,the temperature rising distribution and deformation of each component of the motor at different speed are obtained.
