Prefabricated steel-concrete composite beams are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site. They have the advantages of fast construction speed, good quality and environmental protection, which meet the development requirements of industrialization of construction.Composite beam stud connectors are mainly subjected to shear forces, but are also subject to bending and tension. At present, the study of stud shear connectors mainly considers the effect of shear forces, and the lack of research on the effect of tensile forces on stud mechanical properties. In particular, the data of prefabricated test specimens under the combined action of tension and shear is relatively lacking.During construction, the offset of the position of the stud in the reserved hole also has a certain effect on the bearing capacity and slippage. For the current research situation, this article through the combination of test and theoretical analysis, the mechanical properties of prefabricated composite beam stud connectors under the action of tension and shear are developed. The main research work is as follows:(1)Summarize the current research situation at home and abroad, design the test plan with reference to the European composite beam specifications, produce 25 test model test specimens, control the test parameters of 25 test specimens, inspect prefabricated specimens,cast-in-situ specimens, prefabricated specimen bolts The pre-embedded position of the nail and the ratio of applied tension to force.Studies have shown that the shear capacity and shear stiffness of prefabricated specimens are greater than those of cast-in-place specimens, and the prefabricated specimens have better mechanical properties under the combined action of tension and shear(2)Comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of cast-in-place concrete push-out specimens and precast concrete push-out specimens under the same conditions. The effects of different tension-to-force ratios on the shear bearing capacity, shear stiffness, failure modes and load-slip curves of studs were studied.(3)The influence of the construction error of the embedded position of the studs on the mechanical properties of the composite beam was studied.Comparing the formulas and data of domestic and foreign codes with relevant scholars, the results show that under the combined action of tension and shear, construction errors will significantly reduce the shear bearing capacity and shear stiffness of the stud.
