In the trend of global economic integration,M&A has become an important way to promote the development of enterprises.However,M&A doesn't always have a positive impact,on the contrary,it may bring losses to enterprises.Therefore,how to carry on M&A reasonably is very important.In recent years,the new energy and its equipment manufacturing industry has gradually grown with the support of the Chinese government.This paper will select the case of Leading Intelligent's M&A to study,discuss the impact of M&A,summarize relevant experience and suggestions,Leading Intelligent as the leader of the industry,this case of 1.35 billion yuan has certain representations,I will try to analyze this case to provide reference for enterprises in this industry and other industries.This paper adopts case analysis.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant research review on the motivation and performance of M&A,then summarizes and analyzes the current research status,introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation about this case,then analyzes the motivation of Leading Intelligent,and discusses the financial performance based on the financial index analysis and EVA analysis,as well as the enlightenment from this case.Finally,according to a series of analysis above,the conclusion is that this M&A is reasonable and improves the financial performance,is a successful commercial behavior,then summarizes the experience and the shortcomings of this paper.This is a noticed case in Chinese lithium battery equipment industry.I hope that through the discussion of this case,it can further improve the theoretical research on M&A,then give some suggestions and enlightenment to related personnel,enterprise owners and other relevant information users in the lithium industry.
