Eddy current sensor(Eddy Current Sensor,ECS)type oxygen bomb verification device is a device used to detect the safety performance of oxygen bombs.At present,there is little research on this device in China,and feedback from many domestic mainstream oxygen bomb manufacturers Know:The use of oxygen bombs every year.Customers do not carry out regular water pressure test,thread looseness test,oxygen bomb air tightness test,oxygen bomb deformation test for oxygen bombs.The fatigue of oxygen bombs causes the oxygen bomb to burst and damage the instrument.Endanger the personal safety of the operator.At the same time,many detections of oxygen bombs currently only detect the performance parameters of the appearance,air tightness,and water pressure resistance of the oxygen bomb.However,measurement methods such as thread looseness test and oxygen bomb deformation variable test,safety during measurement,etc.have not been conducted Detection.Based on the research background of thread looseness test and oxygen bomb shape variable test,this paper carries out the design and research of ECS oxygen bomb automatic verification device.Research and design include the following two aspects:The first aspect(1)studied the working principle and parameters of ECS,analyzed the displacement characteristics of ECS,calculated the sensitivity value and nonlinear error value,and proposed the parameters that affect the stability of ECS through analysis and calculation.(2)In order to reduce the influence of several parameters,this paper expands the research on the stability performance of ECS,proposes and designs an equivalent simplified model of the AC bridge circuit applied to the ECS type oxygen bomb automatic verification device,and carries out in-depth Matlab parameter simulation has verified that the changes in sensitivity and temperature drift coefficient will affect the stability of the bridge circuit.Adjusting the appropriate circuit parameters can improve the sensitivity of the circuit and reduce the temperature drift parameters,thereby improving ECS stability.(3)To further improve the quality factor of the ECS circuit,it is proposed that the coupling capacitor C0 is connected in parallel in the bridge circuit,and MATLAB is used to simulate the data to adjust the appropriate C0.From the simulation results,it is shown that the parallel coupling capacitor C0 clearly improves the power.The quality factor of the bridge circuit greatly improves the stability of the ECS.The second aspect(1)based on the software and hardware design of STM32F407ZGT6 embedded CPU,in-depth analysis and implementation of key signal processing modules,including signal acquisition,filtering,quality factor,AC bridge coil separation,etc.,fully completed ECS Embedded software and hardware design of the type oxygen bomb automatic verification device.(2)Multisim14.0 and Protel 99 SE are used to design hardware circuits such as power supply circuit,sine wave generator module,level conversion circuit,stepper motor drive circuit,ECS signal processing circuit and so on.The software circuit designs the ECS signal processing,including stepper motor control programming module,signal acquisition module,Kalman filter algorithm,AC bridge signal separation and quality factor module.(3)Finally,a complete physical hardware diagram is given,and the key safety parameters such as thread looseness and deformation of the oxygen bomb are measured with the ECS type oxygen bomb automatic verification device designed to verify the design of the hardware and software.Effectiveness and stability...
