The theory of highway engineering cost appeared relatively late,it was developed from the general project cost theory,and its content and form are also roughly the same.At present,there are many problems in the use of the current highway engineering cost standards in high-altitude and high-altitude regions,so it is urgent to study the highway engineering cost standards in high-altitude and highaltitude regions.Based on the characteristics of the construction and management of highway engineering construction projects in high and cold altitude regions,this paper fully investigates the construction site and construction management status of typical highway engineering construction projects and the applicability of the current highway engineering cost standards.The main problems caused by special research,and through calculation and verification,came to the "high-altitude and highaltitude regions highway engineering cost standards"(recommendation).Because there are many factors that affect the cost of high-altitude and high-altitude regions highway engineering,high-altitude and high-altitude regions engineering cost is considered as a complex system that is affected by multiple factors.For the first time,the high-altitude and high-altitude comprehensive difficulty coefficient is proposed,which is the high-alpine high The synthesis of various additional difficulty factors that should be added to the calculation of the cost of highway engineering projects in high-altitude and high-altitude regions.At the same time,the definition of high-altitude and high-altitude regions were clarified.The related adjustment coefficients for high-altitude and high-altitude regions were proposed,and the related costs of construction and installation engineering costs were adjusted.It has reached a reasonable adjustment of the estimated(pre-calculated)costs(the higher the project altitude,the greater the cost increase).This standard has formulated cost standards and quotas that are in line with the actual conditions of engineering construction,improves the applicability and standardization of standards,and provides a scientific basis for pricing for highway construction.
