| At present,with the rapid development of the construction industry,many buildings are inclined in the use stage,which affects the normal function of buildings.The construction rectifying and reinforcing technology can quickly and effectively solve this problem and restore the verticality of buildings.Under this background,this paper briefly introduces the research background and significance of building rectifying and reinforcing by consulting and learning related literature.The development status of the construction rectifying technology at home and abroad is expounded in detail.The problems existing in the current rectifying and reinforcing techniques are pointed out.In this paper,a inclined frame structure office building in zhangjiakou city is taken as the research object,combined with the design and survey data,the reasons for the building tilting are analyzed from the fundamental cause and the direct cause.This paper systematically introduces the existing methods of rectifying deviation and strengthening and their principles,and analyzes the applicable scope of each method.This paper summarizes the characteristics and application scope of jacking and rectifying and reinforcing technology,and summarizes the design ideas of rectifying and reinforcing with joist lifting method.SAP2000 finite element software was used to establish the finite element model of the office building with frame structure before and after the tilt.The axial force and shear force of the columns before and after the tilt of the structure were compared and analyzed,and the bending moment value at the joints of the frame column was analyzed to verify whether the building meets the requirements of stability and integrity.The weak points were identified to provide technical support for the construction.In the fourth chapter,the jacking jacking structure is designed and the construction technology of the jacking beam is described.By establishing the finite element model of the lifting process of the office roof of the inclined frame structure,the internal force variation rules of the jacking beam and superstructure are analyzed to guide the design and construction process of jacking rectifying deviation.In the fifth chapter,the working process of "fault column step synchronous jacking" and the jacking in place connection technology are summarized,the influence of the sequence of broken columns on the structure is further analyzed,and a better solution is proposed.The successful rectification of the deviation of the frame structure office building shows that the method of joist lifting combined with the technology of foundation reinforcement can be effectively applied to the rectification of the frame structure.The method of jacking up correction and consolidation has the advantages of quick recovery of building perpendicularity,high safety level and small additional deformation of structure,and can fundamentally solve the problem of uneven settlement of foundation.Therefore,this paper hopes to provide reference for the design and construction of similar rectifying and reinforcing engineering through the research of the subject. |
