With the continuous development of my country’s power industry and the gradual advancement of power system reform and marketization,there are more and more types of contracts managed by power companies and more and more complicated business management needs.There is an urgent need to develop a new generation of power company contract management system within the power company,to control the contract work in the whole process,effectively reduce operational risks and improve efficiency.Therefore,this thesis proposes the design and implementation of the contract management system of Sichuan Electric Power Company.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and significance,and analyzes the standdard at home and abroad from four aspects of consulting,modification,circulation and decision-making,determines the main content and research direction as well as the organizational structure of the thesis,and analyzes the system construction needs from the user role,management function needs,security,data flow and other aspects,The main functional requirements of the system include contract drafting,contract circulation,contract execution,query analysis and system management.The system design mainly includes system architecture design,security design,interface design and system function module design.In order to facilitate the data interconnection within the system,B / S architecture and java development technology are selected as the technical framework and development language of the contract management system of the power company,and SQL Server 2012 is used as the database development software of the system,It also introduces the detailed design process of five key modules,including contract drafting,contract circulation,contract execution,query analysis and system management.It shows the related process of process driven control process with process as the core and data mining and sharing functions.In the aspect of system implementation,it introduces the realization and completion of each module of the system;In the system test stage,after the introduction of the construction and deployment of the test environment,the test is mainly carried out from two aspects of function and performance,which realizes the comprehensive evaluation of the system effect.The realization of the contract management system of Sichuan Electric Power Company is applied to the practice process of contract management of electric power companies,which further realizes standardized and lean management,effectively reduces the operational management risks,and provides a reference for the design of contract management systems of similar enterprises.experience.
