Plate heat exchanger is widely used in various industries because of its large heat exchange area,high thermal efficiency and simple operation and maintenance.For the coastal nuclear power plant,the plate heat exchanger is mostly used to heat exchanger with seawater as cooling water,especially large heat exchanger.With seawater as cooling water heat exchanger,especially for the large heat exchanger.Due to the relative abundance of the marine organism and other impurities,the plate heat exchanger often blocked,which leads to the decrease of heat exchanger efficiency of plate heat exchanger.And the lack of effective means to detect the heat exchanger efficiency,heat exchanger,which leads to the decrease of heat exchanger efficiency,can not be repaired in time.These factors make the plate heat exchanger with seawater cooling water as cold source unable to operate in accordance with the design conditions,and seriously threaten the system,where the plate heat exchanger is located,safe and stable operation.In view of the rapid decline of the heat transfer performance of the plate heat exchanger in the seawater related system of a nuclear power plant and the inability to accurately capture the failure point of heat transfer performance before equipment maintenance.Based on the structure and principle of seawater cooling plate heat exchanger in the Nuclear Power Plant,the problems of plate heat exchangers are deeply analyzed and several mature methods for calculating the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger are compared.An on-line performance evaluation method for the Marine water cooling plate heat exchanger is demonstrated and a cleaning cycle evaluation method for the performance evaluation method is developed.Through accurate online performance evaluation,study and formulate the effective measures to flter again before entering the plate heat exchanger of sea water filter,and optimize of plate heat exchanger in the system operating mode.Through these,the maintenance strategy of the seawater cooling plate heat exchanger is adjusted from preventive maintenance to state maintenance,which greatly extends the disassembly cycle of the seawater cooling plate heat exchanger and effectively improves the operation reliability of the equipmentt.
