| In order to meet the needs of different architectural functions and make the structure meet the requirements of earthquake resistance and wind resistance,and make sure the vertical force transfer is reasonable,it is imperative to set up the transfer member or the transfer floor structure at the change of the structural system.The type of transformation structure form,whose the upper part is shear wall structure and whose lower part is frame-supported frame structure,is commonly seen.Taking the practical engineering for example,this paper introduces the force characteristics of the beam-type conversion structure,and discusses the design and application of the section steel concrete conversion beam.In addition,a new type of steel-concrete transfer beam with assembled truss is proposed.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,designers select structural form according to the function and characteristics of the building by comparing the mechanical characteristics of the steel reinforced concrete(SRC)transfer beam and the ordinary reinforced concrete(RC)transfer beam.Then,by establishing the ABAQUS model,the main influence of the addition of steel on the mechanical properties of the reinforced concrete converted beams is discussed.The influence of span-depth ratio on the internal force of the converted beam is analyzed.At the same time,the design of steel-concrete converted beams is optimized,and Honeycomb holes of different sizes and shapes are set up on the steel-web.Through simulation analysis and reference to other research documents,the mechanical properties of Honeycomb open-hole steel-concrete converted beams are discussed andthe stress strain cloud diagram is presented.It can be concluded that under the condition of the same size of holes,the force of steel-concrete transfer beam with ellipsoidal holes is better than that of steel-concrete beams with long holes.Besides,under the same external force condition,the deformation resistance of the steel concrete beam with ellipsoidal openings is better.According to the steel form of the open section steel,a new form of steel reinforced concrete transfer beam is proposed in this paper.Angle steel is used instead of web,and the upper and lower T-shaped steel bone is connected by bolt,so that it can become freeloaded truss steel bone.This kind of conversion beam has the advantages of bothpen-hole steel concrete conversion beam and convenient transportation and construction.The mechanical properties of ABAQUS model are analyzed and its reliability is verified.When the span-depth ratio of truss steel transfer beam ranges from 5 to 6,the truss web angle is 50°,and the ratio of the web area to the chord area is 10%~20%,the performance indexes of the truss conversion beam will be optimal.As a result,we can figure out the ultimate bearing capacity of the assembled truss steel-concrete conversion beam.Finally,the assembly truss steel-concrete conversion beam is introduced into the actual project,and combined with the overall analysis and calculation results of PKPM software,ABAQUS software is used to compare and analyze the steel-concrete conversion beams.It is found that the assembly truss steel-concrete conversion beam has certain advantages in economy and construction convenience compared with conventional steel-concrete conversion beams. |
