Induction heating is a non-contact heating technology based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,which converts electric energy into heat energy.When heating conventional cylindrical conductor work-piece,a current of a frequency is usually used to achieve uniform heating of the conductor work-piece.But in actual engineering,when heating irregular conductor with uneven surface and complex shape at actual engineering,such as rails,square steel,gears,automotive CV joint,worm,spline,etc.Due to the three major effects of induction heating,the use of a single frequency of current often fails to uniformly heat the surface of the irregular conductor work-piece,and resulting in problems such as low structural strength and short life of the work-piece.In response to this problem,multi-frequency induction heating came into being,and dual-frequency induction heating is widely study.Dual-frequency induction heating mainly includes asynchronous dual-frequency induction heating and simultaneous dual-frequency induction heating.Compared with asynchronous dual-frequency induction heating,simultaneous dual-frequency induction heating effect is more uniform,and the resource utilization rate is high.Aiming at the problems of the circuit structure and circuit characteristics of the existing simultaneous dual-frequency induction heating power supply,this paper studies a topology structure of the synchronous dual-frequency induction heating power supply.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working mode of the medium/high frequency inverter of the main circuit.Then,analyzes the LCCL resonant circuit on the medium-frequency and the resonant circuit of the class DE inverter circuit on the high-frequency in detail.The parameter of the resonant component is also designed.And the crosstalk of the output current of the inverter on both of the medium/high frequency is analyzed.According to the theoretical analysis,the main circuit parameters that meet the requirements are designed,the simulation model and the low-power experimental platform are built,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the scheme design are verified by the simulation and experimental results.
