Incandescent lamps are still used in most of the lighting fixtures of active military aircraft in China.Its low reliability,short life and high power consumption seriously affect the night flight training and flight safety.With the development of LED technology,LED lighting lamps and lanterns of performance and stability are improved,using LED as light source,the plane has low consumption,high brightness,Low temperature,strong,light,environmentally friendly,long life,no strobe and cost saving advantages make the application of LED lighting in domestic aircraft demand is strong,,Landing lights and taxi lights are very important functional components of aircraft,but integrated landing and taxi lights are almost blank in this field.The purpose of this thesis is to study the process of a kind of LED landing and sliding light system for aircraft,so that the LED landing and sliding light can meet the lighting requirements of aircraft landing and sliding at night.It mainly includes three parts:optical module,structural cooling module,control module and drive module.According to the technical requirements first put forward the overall plan,and then the specific study of three parts.In the optical design part,according to the requirements of lighting technology,the contour coordinates of the collinear lens,?Triangular pri sm Angle and angular diffusion cylindrical lens contour coordinates.SolidWorks software and TracePro software were used to draw the 3D model,and then optical simulation verification analysis was carried out by TracePro software.The structural design part should reasonably arrange and design the structure of various functions within a limited space.Firstly,the design of heat dissipation should be done.After The structural design part should reasonably arrange and design the structure of various functions within a limited space.Firstly,the design of heat dissipation should each module respectively,then uses SABER software to carry out simulation to check the working characteristics and effects of each part of the circuit,and finally carries out waveform test on the sample.The above three parts are required to meet the relevant requirements of electromagnetic compatibility.After testing,the system meets the requirements of relevant technical indexes,makes the high-power LED applied in the lighting of military aircraft,and successfully transforms the landing light and taxi light into an integrated system,reducing the mechanism and weight of the aircraft.Fill in the blank of domestic military aircraft lighting.
