For the urban transportation system,both HOV priority and bus priority can effectively alleviate the contradiction between the insufficient supply of transportation facilities and the increasing travel demand.At present,some of the leading cities in China have started to introduce the concept of HOV priority into bus lanes,and build complex and intensive public transport dedicated HOV Shared lanes.In this way,HOV behaviors are taken into account while ensuring bus priority,which effectively alleviates the problems of uneven distribution of road resources such as traffic lane congestion and vacant bus lanes.At present,there are few studies in the academic circle on the Shared lane of HOV dedicated for public transportation,and the research Angle is mostly qualitative evaluation.Only a rough judgment can be made on whether the congestion can be reduced,without systematic analysis of its road characteristics and operating efficiency,and no unified standard has been formed in planning and construction.Therefore,this paper studies the planning setup and optimization of 3+HOV Shared lanes for public transport.First of all,this article from the bus special HOV lanes definition involves sharing lane,in combing the domestic and foreign present research situation and development of HOV lanes and bus lanes,on the basis of dynamic analysis of the limitations of the present theory and practice,pointed out the developing potential of Shared lanes,Shared lanes planning is put forward the necessity of the establishment and evaluation methods.Secondly,based on the investigation,the paper summarizes the macro characteristics of the mixed land forms and perfect road network layout of 3 + HOV Shared lanes for bus use in dalian city,as well as the micro characteristics of the road conditions being restricted by the environment.Taking the software park road as the local research object,the basic parameters of the road and vehicle operation data are investigated in detail to analyze its spatial and temporal distribution law and traffic operation state.Then,based on the survey data of software park road,the micro simulation model is constructed by using the traffic flow simulation evaluation method.Taking the number of people transported in section,the average travel time,the average delay time and the average speed of time as the evaluation indexes,the implementation effect before and after the establishment of Shared lanes was evaluated.The results showed that after the opening of the Shared lane,the speed difference between the bus lane and the common lane was reduced to about 50% before the opening,the number of people transporting the section was increased by about 10%,the average travel time was shortened by 4.27%,and the average delay time was shortened by 10.98%.It proved that the Shared lane could save residents' travel time and improve the overall operation efficiency of the road.Thirdly,in order to further improve the operation efficiency of the Shared lane on the software park road,based on the current model,six schemes were designed for comprehensive comparative evaluation in the two directions of changing the number of HOV carriers and changing the signal timing,so as to explore the lane setting form with the optimal traffic efficiency.Among them,the scheme of setting up a 2+ Shared lane when the signal is optimized and matched has the strongest ability to reduce road saturation,save per capita travel time,improve average speed and transport number.Finally,combined with the data and conclusions of traffic survey,efficiency evaluation and optimization scheme of software park road,the setting conditions of Shared lanes were studied by referring to the domestic and foreign bus lanes and HOV lane setting specifications.At the same time,considering the impact of land use and traffic environment differences on Shared lanes,the paper puts forward planning Suggestions from the aspects of macro layout,micro design and traffic management.Based on the traffic survey data,this paper constructs a model to evaluate the operation efficiency of 3+ Shared lanes on software park road,explores the optimization scheme,and studies the setting conditions of Shared lanes.It theoretically makes up for the lack of the study on the evaluation and planning setting of Shared lanes at the present stage,and provides reference data for the improvement of the implementation scheme of Shared lanes in practice.
