Aviation kerosene is one of petroleum products.At present,it is mainly used as fuel for aero-turbine engines,and it is also used to clean some civilian cargo planes and passenger aircraft fuel tank.And with the rapid development of aviation technology in China,the integrated technology application of the fuel tank is widely used in aircraft.In order to ensure the safety of the aircraft,it is necessary to clean the fuel tank regularly with the need of a large amount of aviation kerosene to clean the impurities produced during the manufacturing process of the aircraft's tail fuel tank.This requires the use of aviation kerosene as a cleaning agent to clean the tank.But because the price of aviation kerosene cost is very high,so we need to recycle use of aviation kerosene,and build the programmable controller(PLC)in industrial process automation control system to complete the purpose of recycling.Because the PLC has programmability,fast feedback and its characteristics can be safe explosion-proof,and PLC of high reliability,strong stability,high level of explosion-proof,strong anti-jamming capability,more to adapt to the harsh conditions of work for a long time,also greatly reduces the labor costs,the core is to improve the cleaning system is necessary.This study is based on the basis of the actual project,aiming at certain avic aircraft industry group co.,LTD.The helicopter fuel test system,the wing tank cleaning of aviation kerosene recycle waste problem,design with PLC as the control core,sensor acquisition system,execution system,the human-computer interaction system,combining with the PID closed-loop control,set up a complete recovery system control.Main work content involves the control of PLC controller and HMI man-machine interface communication method,the signal acquisition and data using the algorithm,and the lower recovery system control mode,namely between the sensor and the actuator,controller PLC logical application software development and hardware design.The HMI interface(man-machine interface)is loaded with the Intouch software of the Wonderware company and the Siemens touch screen SIMATIC MP 277.The touch-type interface is designed without mechanical wear and friendly interface.The man-machine interface is Siemens high-performance explosion-proof touch screen MP series.As a combination of multifunctional panels and WinAC MP options,the system itself can be used as an alternative to the larger SIMATIC C7 control system.The selected PLC controller corresponds to Siemens S7-400H,which can better show its due functional effect in the distributed automation system.Its application covers many fields such as machinery,environmental protection device,motion system and printing machinery.The automation effect of control is more prominent,the realization of control is more complex and diverse,and it can well meet various needs.This system work mode for discrete control,but the cleaning process can be continuous,equipment match the controller has 485 interface,complete sensors through MOBUS communication protocol between series,using TCP/IP protocol data gathering information through PLC internal PID closed-loop control algorithm for signal analysis and processing,feedback to perform system,completed a set of online recovery control system.
