Micro-thermocouple temperature measurement technology is a common temperature measurement method in the industrial field for the advantages in technology maturity,temperature measurement range and accuracy.In the past,the temperature distribution of turbine vane surface is usually obtained by means of experiments,which is costly and inconvenient for variable control.With the gradual improvement of simulation calculation accuracy,its advantages such as low cost,obtaining the temperature distribution of the whole vane surface,and facilitating the control of different variables for mechanism property research,make it of important application value in engineering.In this paper,turbine guide vane is taken as the research object,and simulation and experiment are adopted to study the influence of the simplified temperature measurement accuracy of the turbine guide vane with local regular coating introduced by micro thermocouple technology.The main research contents are as follows:1.The influence of local regular coating on temperature measurement accuracy of air film cooling plate was studied.The temperature distribution test was carried out on the air film cooling plate with or without local regular coating under three working conditions,and the comparative analysis showed that the temperature measurement accuracy of the air film cooling plate with coating was higher than 98.58%,and the temperature measurement accuracy was gradually improved along the downstream direction of the air film hole.2.Taking radial inner cold turbine guide vane as the research object,the influence of spraying positions of local regular coatings on temperature measurement accuracy of radial inner cold turbine guide vane was studied based on SST ?-Re? transition model.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the vane surface and the optimum temperature measurement area were obtained.3.Taking air film cooling vane with bending and torsion as the research object,the influence of spraying position of local regular coating on temperature measurement accuracy of air film cooling vane was studied based on SST ?-Re? transition model.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the vane surface and the optimal position of the measuring point were obtained.In this paper,based on the experiment and simulation method to study the micro thermocouple coating on the film cooling effect of turbine guide vane temperature measurement accuracy,for the application of micro thermocouple temperature measurement technology in engineering provides an important reference basis.
