| With the rapid development of our society and economy in recent years,the people’s demand for a better life is constantly increasing,and the urbanization rate of our country is also rising.Therefore,it also brings many problems about ecological construction.It is very important to change the inappropriate views and practices in the past and follow the urban ecological mechanism and scientific and orderly urban green space system planning.The green space system planning occupies an important position in China’s urban planning and is a major event related to the healthy development of China’s urbanization.This plan is under such a background,taking Chahar Youyiqianqi Banner(Pingdiquan Town)as the research object,and aiming to achieve the beautiful environment of ecological civilization nature,harmonious and livable urban and rural ecology as the goal.Relevant literature materials are compared and analyzed at home and abroad,and integrated comparison and comprehensive analysis are carried out in accordance with the relevant national,industrial,and autonomous region requirements.Overall consideration is given to the current status of the region,with emphasis on optimizing the layout structure and promoting the development of greening.It makes it a town with uneven development,low ecological benefits,a single green space landscape,a fragmented system,uneven green space distribution,and imperfect functions that ultimately meet the national garden city standards.The main contents of this plan include:(1)Carry out a survey on the current situation of the green space system in new district(Pingdiquan Town).Take the built-up area of the survey object,study and analyze its current green space index(green space rate,per capita park green space,green space area),park size and distribution rationality and green space status,point out the advantages and disadvantages of the current green space construction,and analyze the restrictive factors affecting its development.(2)To determine the overall planning objectives,short-term and long-term objectives,and determine the corresponding green space planning indicators.(3)Scientific planning of all kinds of green space layout,determine the main green space location,nature,scope,area,etc.;Put forward the green space function orientation and green space system zoning,improve the green space network,take the national garden town standard and higher indicators as the goal,carry out the urban green space system layout structure,overall planning,classification planning,disaster prevention and avoidance planning,etc.At the end of the 2030 planning period,the planned total area of the built-up area of Chahar Youyiqian Banner(Pingdiquan Town)is 1818 hm2 with a planned population of 123,000.The total area of the planned green space is 688.58hm2,the area of the park green space is 218.95 hm2,the area of the protective green space is 162.38 hm2,the square land area is 74.38 hm2(including 46.30 hm2 square green area),the area of the affiliated green space is 260.95 hm2,the area of the park green space per capita is 17.80 hm2,the green space rate of the built-up area is 37.88%,and the green coverage rate of the built-up area is 40.In the planning,the national standard for garden cities and towns has been reached in the near future,with a green space rate of over 31%and a per capita park green space area of over 9 m2.Therefore,by 2030,the goal of the planning is to reach the target of ecological livable cities and towns. |
