Research On Cash Flow Management Of Gree Electric Appliances

As an important part of enterprise assets,cash flow is the lifeblood of enterprise body,covering all production and operation links from top to bottom,and is an important factor for enterprise growth and development.The high level of cash flow management helps enterprises to have better control over their financial situation,so as to maintain the sustainable operation and development of enterprises.And the chaotic cash flow management will hinder the development of enterprises and even lead to the bankruptcy of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to manage cash flow effectively.Watch our country enterprise development situation,found that there are many enterprises in the management of cash flow problems,in particular,some high and new technology enterprise of cash flow management and not to give a high degree of attention,blind expansion of pursuing sales income,makes the enterprise cash flow turnover period is too long,finally due to fracture of the cash flow chain enterprise bankruptcy.In this paper,Gree electric appliances is selected as the object of cash flow management research.In the research process,comparative analysis method,statistical analysis method and literature research method are mainly adopted.Relevant theories at home and abroad are used as the research basis,and financial data of Gree electric appliances from 2014 to 2018 are used as the research basis.Firstly,the paper describes the cash flow management status of Gree electric appliances and the cash flow distribution of operating activities,investment activities and financing activities,and then analyzes the cash flow of Gree electric appliances in budget management,flow management,flow management and flow management.The study found that Gree electric appliances has problems in cash flow management organization,financing activities and operating activities,overall budget and risk management.Finally,this paper puts forward the measures to improve the cash flow management of Gree electric appliances from these four perspectives.The research of this paper will help Gree electric appliances to strengthen cash flow management,improve the efficiency of cash flow,reduce financial risk,and provide reference for other enterprises to operate cash flow safely and manage it scientifically,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
