In the north of China,the heating area and the wind rich area are highly overlapped in winter.The contradiction between the power supply proportion of the cogeneration unit and the power load in the heating season and the peak valley of the heating load leads to the difficulty of the whole power grid to absorb the wind power.Due to the influence of the production mode of"power by heat",the phenomenon of wind abandonment is serious.In order to solve the contradiction of power supply and heat supply,the thermal power unit has been widely recognized by means of heat storage device and electric boiler,but the research on the comprehensive problems of power supply,heat supply and wind power consumption is relatively less.By considering the constraints of heat supply,power balance and equipment state,a coordinated control model aiming at economy is established.Based on the uncertainty of scenario description,the operation strategy of thermal storage tank based on scenario analysis is put forward.The particle swarm optimization algorithm which combines the priority sequential method and the improvement of learning factor is used to solve the coordination control model,so as to get the coordinated scheduling results of thermal power and wind turbine.The simulation results after heat storage configuration and the traditional"thermal fixed power"mode without heat storage are run The results are compared to explore the wind power consumption capacity of thermal storage unit.Finally,compared with the traditional economic dispatch mode,the coordinated control strategy considering the environmental cost is proposed.The operation and maintenance cost of wind power,the operation cost of desulfurization and denitrification device and the emission collection cost of SO2 and NOXescaping are introduced.Through the comparison and analysis with the simulation results of traditional economic cost,wind power consumption and pollution gas emission,and the interaction between improving wind power,power generation cost and wind power consumption,this paper explores the coordinated control strategy considering environmental cost,and the impact on power generation cost,pollution gas emission and wind power consumption capacity,so as to prove the coordination of heat storage and thermal power unit allocation The significance of research on control strategy.
