| CFRP material is widely used in the field of civil engineering structure reinforcement because of its corrosion resistance,high strength,heat resistance and light weight.Since the engineering application and test in the early 21 st century,this reinforcement technology has made a lot of scientific research results,but its reinforcement mechanism has not been very mature to solve,there are still a lot of problems worthy of consideration.At the same time in the meantime,with the rapid development of computer technology,the function of numerical simulation analysis software has become more and more perfect.Through the finite element analysis software to establish the model to provide a theoretical basis for the actual engineering design and reinforcement scheme.Therefore,this paper studies the strengthening mechanism of CFRP confined concrete members from two aspects of concrete member test and numerical simulation analysis.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)Then the experimental study of CFRP reinforced concrete members is carried out.Eight concrete columns with large eccentricity and the same eccentricity are selected as the test materials,and two of them have different concrete strength grades.The stress behavior of CFRP-bonded concrete column was studied by failure test.the effects of the pasting method of CFRP,the number of CFRP layers and the concrete strength grade on the reinforcement effect are analyzed.The experimental results show that the deformation capacity and bearing capacity of large eccentrically loaded columns strengthened by CFRP are improved to different degrees.While the bearing capacity of concrete column is increased greatly when CFRP sheet is pasted longitudinally on ramen,but the ductility is only improved to a certain extent.When CFRP sheet is pasted laterally on the concrete column,the bearing capacity is not obviously increased,but the ductility is significant.The effect of bearing capacity and ductility is obvious when the concrete column is pasted vertically and horizontally.As the number of CFRP layers increases,the bearing capacity of concrete columns increases less and less obviously.The concrete strength grade is lower than C15 is not recommended to use this reinforcement technology.2)Finally,simulation software is used to analyze the test process of each specimen,and the load-column deflection curve and the stress distribution cloud diagram of CFRP sheet and concrete under ultimate load state are given.The analysis results show that theexperimental results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results,so the numerical simulation software can provide a theoretical reference for the practical project reinforcement scheme. |
