The tire six-component force at the position where the tire contacts the ground is the basis of vehicle motion control.Because of the tire eccentricity,there is a coupling between the vertical load of the tire and the roll moment.This paper,supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the enterprise-university-research cooperation project,carries out the coupling decoupling method and test of the vertical load of the measuring wheel to the rolling moment,which has certain theoretical and important engineering application value.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Analyze the coupling reason of vertical load to roll moment,and combine the prototype wheel measuring machine of the research team to determine the technical route of coupling decoupling study of vertical load to roll moment of load measuring wheel.(2)Define the evaluation index of coupling degree,and clarify that the decoupling method of vertical load to roll moment includes two stages of wheel core force decoupling and eccentricity decoupling.And the design method of the 4-piece elastic body of the research group is to set up the bridge and analyze the decoupling method of wheel center force.(3)Construct the finite element model of the force measuring wheel and simulate the vertical load condition of the force measuring wheel.The strain at the measuring point was extracted,and the coupling characteristics of vertical load to roll moment were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum coupling degree was less than 1.49%,indicating that the proposed decoupling method was effective.(4)Carry out the vertical load bench test of the force measuring wheel based on the tire stiffness testing machine.The prototype wheel bridge of the research group was laid and bridged,and three bench tests were carried out.Each test was loaded from 0 N to 6000 N in 6 times,and then successively decreased to 0 N.The results show that the coupling degree is 0.51%?2.51%,which indicates that the proposed coupling decoupling method is feasible.This paper explores the decoupling method of the vertical load coupling roll moment of the force measuring wheel,which lays the foundation for the dynamic coupling decoupling of the force measuring wheel.
