As industrialization progresses and the population continues to grow,air pollution is becoming more and more serious.On the premise of ensuring the continued development of economic development and industrialization,it is necessary to ensure that the harm to the environment is minimized.In recent years,the state has issued relevant policies to control pollution emissions from enterprises.Fluidized bed combustion and gasification have received more and more attention in recent years due to good fuel adaptability,strong sulfide trapping ability,and low NOx emissions.Since the catalyst can complete the chemical reaction quickly and efficiently in a short time,the research of the catalytic reaction has always been a hot issue.In this paper,the bubbling fluidized bed reactor is selected,and the process of catalytic gasification and catalytic combustion in the fluidized bed are analyzed by Euler-Euler method through numerical simulation.1. Using the Euler-Euler method,a fluidized bed flow model,a heat transfer model,and a chemical reaction model are established,including homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions in coal gasification reactions,and heterogeneous reactions in coal combustion reactions.And homogeneous reaction.2. Simulated the normal gasification reaction process of coal and the catalytic gasification reaction process of coal after adding K2CO3to supplement the gasification reaction with added catalyst,and studied the formation of carbon monoxide and hydrogen with and without added catalyst The change law compares the change of carbon conversion rate and the effect on the reaction when adding different concentrations of catalyst,and obtains the best concentration.3. Normal combustion process of coal and the combustion process with the addition of nano-Ti O2 catalyst were simulated to supplement the combustion reaction after the addition of nano-catalyst,and the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide generated by the reaction with and without the addition of Ti O2nano-catalyst were studied.,The change law of hydrogen and water vapor.The variation of particle velocity with different particle diameters was studied.4. Change law of carbon dioxide added with different kinds of nano-catalysts was studied,the change law of carbon mass fraction under different nano-catalysts was studied,and the influence of the reaction center temperature with the change of catalyst type was analyzed.
