With the continuous development of China’s economy,traffic construction has become an important part of development.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the corresponding problems in the construction process to avoid the hidden danger of safety.Moreover,China has a large territory,and many areas are mountainous and hilly.In such a geographical environment,high fill embankment is one of the common roadbed construction forms.There is a great difference between the high fill embankment and the conventional embankment.First of all,the high fill embankment height is large and strong stability.Secondly,the amount of earth and rock required by the high fill embankment is large,so the design and construction requirements are high.Moreover,its settlement amount is relatively large after completion,so the requirement of settlement after construction should reach the construction standards,avoiding the settlement of high embankment and produce disease and resulting in railway operation,so the study of high fill embankment disease is of great significance to the development of railway engineering.The settlement calculation of high fill embankment can guide the later construction to reach the standard of construction application and provide the basis for engineering construction.Moreover,the research results of railway high fill embankment diseases can provide reference for the industry standards.Chinese researchers have accumulated rich experience in the study of high fill embankment.However,there are few researches on the prevention and control of high fill embankment diseases,which cannot meet the needs of the further development of railway disease prevention and control.In this paper,the research direction of the disease of the high fill embankment of the silver line of the ether china-bank railway is as follows.First of all,the existing literature was collected,combined with the definition and type of the high-fill roadbed,to analyze the common damage forms of high-fill roadbed,the mechanism and inducement of the formation of diseases,and to determine the prevention principles of embankment diseases and repair and reinforcement technology.Secondly,based on the engineering geology,meteorology and hydrology of section×× of the dingyin line and the field observation data,it is found that the main diseases of the railway embankment with high filling in this section are roadbed cracks,uneven settlement of roadbed,slope slide and embankment sliding along the foundation.The causes of subgrade settlement are mainly landform,subgrade structure and groundwater.Finally,in combination with silver wire × × section of the site for harnessingproject,starting from the mechanism of disease,according to subgrade filling material problem,embankment reinforced with steel pipe piles of ontology and rotary spray pile reinforcement measures in order to ensure the slope foot arch at the same time,the measures adopted in unstable side slope protection pile load,mainly is to reduce the soil compression deformation or reduce roadbed settlement caused by lateral displacement of soil,increase roadbed structure performance.Based on the analysis of embankment settlement monitoring and lateral displacement monitoring,it is found that in the early stage of construction,due to the small change of subgrade filling reinforcement and water level,the monitoring data will change greatly,and in the later stage,the change will be small,and the prevention measures can maintain a good subgrade structure state. |
