Electric multiple-units(EMU)is a common carrier of railway passenger operation and an important part of high-speed railway system.In recent years,the number of EMUs put into actual operation has also increased.A reasonable maintenance plan can not only greatly reduce the waiting time for maintenance,give full play to the utilization rate of EMUs,but also effectively ensure that EMUs can be safely and efficiently put into production and operation,which is of great significance.The article analyzes from the perspective of the preparation of EMU maintenance plan,links with the current situation of domestic passenger transportation,and it is of great theoretical value to study the preparation of EMU maintenance plan in view of the fact that different capacity EMUs often replace each other to complete the operational tasks in the actual operation process.The article is gradually and progressively studied from the following aspects:(1)Contact the actual maintenance status and on-site operation of EMUs in China,analyze the general situation of high-speed railway development,common usage methods of EMUs,EMU maintenance locations,maintenance base functions,base equipment facilities,maintenance procedures,maintenance systems,maintenance operations,maintenance costs,etc.The content lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up optimization study of the EMU maintenance plan.(2)According to the concept and characteristics of the application plan,the concept and characteristics of the maintenance plan,and the process of preparing the maintenance plan,the main factors affecting the preparation of the maintenance plan are analyzed.In order to more clearly study the relationship between the EMU operation plan and the maintenance plan,each train number is used as a component unit.On the basis of the space-time network theory,it is specifically simplified into the EMU operation state,standby state,and maintenance state.From the state,time,In three dimensions of space,a three-dimensional spatio-temporal network diagram containing the transformation between three states of EMU is established.Each path in the network represents the process of EMUs performing different operations,and the optimized combination of multiple paths reflects the optimization idea of the maintenance plan of the EMUs in this paper.(3)For the optimization of the daily maintenance plan of the EMU,the article establishes a two-dimensional connection network schematic diagram of the EMU,and then takes the minimum cost of the under repaired mileage and the minimum maintenance cost of all EMUs as the objective function of problem optimization.Taking the maintenance mileage standard,the maintenance cycle standard,the maintenance capacity of the maintenance base,the intersection coverage,and the train capacity connection as the main constraints,a mathematical model of the EMU maintenance plan considering the train capacity connection is constructed.(4)Based on the ant colony algorithm,the pheromone update method is greatly improved,the function definition range of the heuristic factor is expanded,and a heuristic algorithm for the model is designed.The design example is based on the data of the part of the road crossing plan undertaken by the Wuhan EMU maintenance base during the National Day in 2019.Under the condition of considering the number of trains to be connected,the EMU maintenance plan with the least wasted mileage and overhaul costs for repairs is sought.The final solution period is 10 days,CRH1 E,CRH2E,CRH380 BL,CRH380CL four different types of motor cars are responsible for the maintenance plan of 12 crossings.Compared with the original maintenance plan in many ways,the plan guarantees that all the trains have the least maintenance mileage and the lowest maintenance cost.The train group to be inspected does not exceed the maximum maintenance capacity of the base.The train capacity can be reasonably connected,fully verifying the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
