Metro is an important tool to ease crowded traffic.It has the characteristics of high safety,large load and fast running speed,which makes it more and more popular in the process of urbanization.The smooth and reliable running of metro provides the basis for metro safety.As an important part of operation control,the stability and reliability of metro braking system not only affect metro running,but also influence people's travel safety and the normal operation of cities.In view of the problems existing in the reliability of metro braking system,this paper,based on the GO-FLOW theory,makes a study on the reliability modeling of braking system.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the reliability of subway braking system.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the system reliability analysis method and common reliability index,introduces the basic principle and analysis steps of go-flow method,and discusses the correction algorithm of common signals in the system.(2)At present,the reliability analysis of metro vehicle braking system is complicated in structure and difficult to establish model.According to the structure and function of the braking system,the basic framework of reliability analysis at unit level and system level is put forward,and the research emphasis and content of each level are determined.(3)According to the problem of reliability analysis of unit-level components of braking system.Firstly,the reliability analysis model of unit-level components is established under the first level analysis framework.Then,it is analyzed according to go-flow operation rules,and the influence of common signals on the analysis is considered,so as to obtain the steady-state reliability index and dynamic reliability index of the unit.Finally,GO(Goal Oriented)method is used to analyze the reliability of the basic braking unit.By comparing the two methods,the accuracy of the analysis and evaluation is verified.(4)According to the problem of reliability simulation of braking system.Firstly,the braking system is modeled in normal and fault states under the second level framework.Then,qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out to determine the reliability characteristic quantity and the minimum cut set of the system.Secondly,the influence of common cause failure on system unreliability is discussed.Finally,Monte-Carlo method is used to simulate the reliability of the braking system.The reliability analysis of the subdivision of the subway train braking system shows that,G0-flow method is used to analyze the braking system.The method is efficient and feasible,and the conclusion is accurate and reliable.Research on reliability modeling and simulation of subway train braking system,it provides a theoretical basis for train operation and maintenance and a reference for reliability analysis of multi-state and time-series complexsystems.
