With the continuous development of online car-hailing in many cities in China,it has brought new development and impetus to the traditional taxi industry.However,the "difficult to ride" problem still exists in taxi industry due to the information asymmetry between the supply and demand sides.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses the space-time network modeling method to construct online car-hailing allocation and the scheduling optimization model,which provides a reference for a reference for the network taxi-hailing operation.The main work of this article is as follows:First,According to the literature review of previous works,this paper analyzes the relationship between the supply and demand of online car-hailing in detail,the status quo of the online car rental industry,and the application of time and space networks in the optimization of vehicle allocation.Compared with the traditional taxi,the paper has a better understanding of the problem in online car-hailing industry,With the analysis of the characteristics of the online car-hailing,the aim of this paper was confirmed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the space-time characteristics of the supply and demand of the taxi-hailing.According to the characteristics of the travel data of the online car-hailing,this paper divides the supply-demand relationship of the taxi-hailing to working days and nonworking days,and divides each cycle of the taxi-hailing operation into different types of time stages.The results shows supply and demand matching difference between working days and non-working days.Based on the result,the spatial characteristics of the supply and demand of taxi-hailing are analyzed,which provides a evidence for studying the operation and the optimization of online car-hailing.Third,according to the establishment of a network-based taxi-hailing operating network and a network-based taxi-hailing scheduling optimization model based on the space-time network.the paper chooses the discrete space-time network as the research basis,establishes an operating network of ride-hailing,and specifies the space scale and time period of the spacetime network.According to the established operating network,the goal of maximizing the benefit of the online car-hailing system is set,and the network-ride-hailing scheduling optimization model is established with constraints on the number of regional network-rides,the maximum number of arc-networks,and the demand for regional network-rides,And designed a simulation model for online car trip to verify the validity of the model.Fourth,based on the optimization results of the simulation model,this paper starts from the practical significance,the sensitivity analysis of the maximum number of vehicles in the operating area,the maximum number of vehicles in the arc of operation,the demand for vehicles in the operating area,and the operating revenue per unit of the vehicle in the network-ride scheduling optimization model was performed.The applicability of the model after the increase in urban population and changes in urban traffic were determined.Finally,some suggestions are given for the existing online car scheduling scheme,and the future research is prospected.
