With the progress of the society and the improvement of people's living standards,the tourism mode has also changed.People's tourism purpose has shifted from "ornamental" scenic tourism to "experiential" vacation tourism with strong regional characteristics and rich cultural connotation,which has promoted the development of rural tourism to some extent.In order to protect a large number of rural dwellings,so as to make their sustainable development,shape characteristics,human nature,and provide tourists with experience places,the emergence of rural homestay can be regarded as a good choice.The purpose of this research is,first,to continue the traditional culture through the transformation of the home stay facility.Second,to transform it into a layout space suitable for young people's life,while attracting more tourists,driving economic growth,making young people in the countryside see hope,return to the countryside for development,and improving the hollowing out phenomenon in the countryside.In the process of research,this paper used literature review method to understand the status quo of home stay facilities at home and abroad,sorted out the concept of home stay facilities and boutique home stay facilities,and analyzed the architectural characteristics of traditional residential buildings in zhejiang.The case analysis method is used to analyze the cases of home stay facility renovation at home and abroad,summarize the theory of home stay facility renovation,and extract the local culture theory and the new and old symbiosis theory to guide the design of this case.The field investigation method was adopted to investigate the environment and architectural characteristics of zhouwujie village.Use the survey analysis method to understand the preferences and concerns of tourists for b&bs.In the home stay facility renovation design,through to Zhou Wu ? village village's environment and architectural analysis,extracted the ups and downs of the mountain,water,clever,bamboo,toughness and wear wooden bucket structure characteristics,such as with old and new symbiosis theory as the instruction,the innovation design technique transformation space,from the structural analysis,plane layout,traffic movements,colour is applied,the furniture design to display space,trying to achieve "the" "find" "jing" and "design" effect,"since":comfortable leisurely and comfortable environment,building a harmonious coexistence with nature;"Searching":inheritance of spatial memory;"Jing":there are surprises between the eyes,old and new interpretation of new life."Also":based on the above three points,so that tourists linger on,do not forget the moment.
