With the advancing of urbanization construction in China,urban rail transit has also developed rapidly.The metro has gradually become the main choice of public transport,with its advantages of large transportation volume,rapidity and convenience,etc.The metro tunnel ventilation and smoke exhaust system is not only responsible for the daily ventilation and smoke exhausting in emergency of the metro tunnel,but also related to the normal operation of equipment under daily running conditions and the safety of personnel and equipment in the tunnel under special conditions.How to design the appropriate ventilation and smoke exhaust system of the metro tunnel,so that it can not only meet the requirements of stability,reliability,efficiency in function,but also save investment and reduce the difficulty of demolition,which has always been the concern of subway designers.Now scholars at home and abroad pay more attention to the comparison of different schemes,lacking of research on the whole process of design and verification of the metro tunnel ventilation and smoke exhaust system.Taking the Hangzhou Metro Line 4 phase I for example,this thesis introduced the whole design and verification process of the metro tunnel ventilation and smoke exhaust system,in order to provide reference suggestions for the metro construction in China.Through consulting the relevant information,this thesis firstly analyzes the scheme of the metro air-conditioning and ventilation system in major cities of China.The differences of various setting schemes of metro ventilation and air conditioning system are discussed from the aspects of climate characteristics,passenger volume,public area environment,safety,investment in construction period and running costs,etc.Combined with the actual situation in Hangzhou,the setting scheme of the ventilation and air conditioning system suitable for Hangzhou Metro is analyzed.After that the cooling effect of piston wind on tunnel under different piston air duct settings is simulated by STESS Ver3.0 software,and combined with the cost and other factors,appropriate piston air duct setting scheme is proposed.Finally,taking the Hangzhou Metro Line 4 phase I as an example,the temperature and air flow in the tunnel under various working conditions are simulated by STESS Ver3.0 software,to verify whether the data can meet the requirement of the specification,in order to help determine the optimal scheme of piston air duct and fan setting in each station.
