Research On Strategy Of Village Waterscape Construction Under The Concept Of Low Impact Development

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the contradiction between urban and rural areas is deepening day by day.In order to solve a series of problems in rural development under the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural construction,as an important part of rural revitalization,has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.On the one hand,the traditional extensive village construction mode causes a series of problems in the village,such as over-hardening of the village,degradation of natural ecology and sharp increase in the risk of rain and flood,which have a great impact on the water environment of the village.On the other hand,as a part of the village hydrological environment,the village waterscape plays an important role in improving the village living environment.Therefore,it is of great importance to enhance the construction of the village waterscape and improve its ability to cope with the protection of the natural ecological environment of the village,which is also the objective requirement of China's rural revitalization and beautiful rural construction.This article obtains from the village water scene construction,combining the present situation and the characteristics of the current village water scene,is closely related to the water environment through interpretation of low impact development philosophy and related theoretical basis,and further analyze the village water scene and the feasibility and necessity of development of low impact development guided by the influence of low proposed village of waterscape construction strategy,and will affect the development of low corresponding technical measures applied in the village of waterscape construction,establish a system of village water features low impact development to build.In order to alleviate the lag of the current village water landscape construction,improve the village water environment,improve the village living environment has an important role.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects.(1)Necessity analysis of low-impact development and construction of village waterscape.Based on the current research background of rural waterscape construction in China,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of village waterscape from the perspective of the concept of low-impact development,discusses the coupling relationship between the concept of low-impact development and the construction of village waterscape,and puts forward the theory,benefit necessity and construction orientation of the research of village waterscape construction under the concept of low-impact development.(2)Analysis on the framework of low-impact development and construction of village waterscape.To create a guide for the principle,combining with the different stages of the build before,during and after construction purpose,and for the existence of the village water scene in the village of different space characteristics,is put forward to develop the current situation of the former analysis,the development of the whole and local space building,development of management control to the overall train of thought of village water features low impact development build framework.(3)Strategic application of low-impact development and construction of village waterscape.Build framework,based on the status quo analysis,whole space build,local space build,build in detail in this paper,the control strategy and application,and taking Haotang village waterscape construction in Pingqiao district of Xinyang city as an example,considering the development and construction of Haotang village water scene with low impact,the corresponding practical application is carried out,in hope to provide the reference to the village waterscape construction research in China.In this study,before,during and after the low-impact development,the corresponding ideas and technical measures of low-impact development were integrated to create a simplified,minimally disturbing and multi-functional village water scene.To realize various functions of village waterscape in rural construction,and to provide effective planning strategies and references for the design of village waterscape,and to contribute new ideas to the construction of beautiful villages and the realization of sustainable development of villages.
