At present,traditional conical wind turbine towers are difficult to meet the requirements of large wind turbines.Also research on the emerging lattice wind turbine towers and hybrid wind turbine towers is increasing.However,most of its structural design uses other existing similar structures to make the structure not adaptable to the load of the wind turbine,or the design of key nodes is unclear and it is difficult to directly use it in the design of large wind turbine generator towers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the structural design of the fan load and the elaborate node design.Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis platform,this paper designs several different wind turbine towers for the wind turbine load and design space in actual projects.The specific work is as follows:(1)Taking the 3MW wind turbine project as an example,according to its actual fan load and allowable space,topological optimization technology is used to obtain full truss lattice and half truss and half tower hybrid towers’ structural outline of three legs and four legs.(2)According to the obtained clear truss structure,the wind turbine tower is constructed with concrete-filled steel tubes,and the key nodes are optimized.(3)Analyze the mechanical properties of the above towers: including the displacement and stress level of static analysis under different working conditions,and the natural frequency of the structure in modal analysis.(4)Considering the mechanical performance and economic performance of several towers comprehensively,the designed wind turbine towers and the traditional cylindrical wind turbine towers are subjected to mechanical performance,steel consumption,transportation process,manufacturing process and construction process.And comparative analysis of maintenance process and other aspects to determine the advantages and disadvantages of several structural types of towers,to provide some reference for the design of towers in actual projects.
