Abstract/Summary:
Hydrodynamic sliding bearing will produce a certain amount of loss in the process of operation.How to effectively reduce energy loss and save resource has become an urgent problem to be solved.Boundary slippage is of great significance to improve the performance of the sliding bearing.Based on the two component slip model,this paper uses sliding bearing as the research object and explores the influence of boundary slippage on friction performance of sliding bearing.The results of the influence of wedge block with three different surfaces on load capacity and friction shows that a combined slip surface holds double advantages that improving the bearing’s load capacity and decreasing the friction,Compared with homogeneous slip surface and no-slip surface.The variation of the block’s load capacity and friction will be explored in different slip length,slope ratio and sliding speed.The variation of the journal sliding bearing’s load capacity and friction will also be explored in different slip length,eccentricity,length-diameter ratio and cavitation pressure.Under the working conditions with both equal and unequal clearances,the performance of Single-Grooved sliding bearing with partial slip surface will be analyzed.Exploring the influence of slip length on the oil film pressure and shear stress distribution,and comparing with the Single-Grooved sliding bearing and the sliding bearing with no slip surface respectively.Based on p-θ model,the comprehensive influence of surface texture and boundary slippage on the properties of infinite length sliding bearing will be analyzed.The influence of critical shear stress,slip length,slip area ratio and texture cell direction ratio on the bearing performance will be explored.The optimized oil film pressure distribution of different structure will be shown and the characteristics of surface texture and boundary slippage will also be compared.
