With the development of society,people are strict with energy use and environmental protection.,and the penetration rate of renewable energy in daily life will gradually increase.Most of these renewable energy sources are transmitted and stored in the form of electric energy.The demand for electricity will continue to rise.As the main means of power transmission,the reliability and stability of overhead power lines become more and more important.The occurrence of transmission line accidents will have a great impact on people's life and bring great economic losses.In order to ensure the safe operation of power system,the research on early warning and diagnostic methods for on-line power grids monitoring should be strengthened.The condition safety monitoring of the power line can find out the abnormalities of the power line in time(such as ice walking etc.)and repair it in time to avoid further losses.Based on the research status of power line condition monitoring research at home and abroad,this paper combines the alternating electromagnetic field existing around the power line to obtain the electric energy by coil electromagnetic induction energy acquisition method,and realizes the power line state monitoring by designing low-power wireless sensor nodes.The data monitored by the node is transmitted to the system monitoring center through the Zig Bee network,and the data is analyzed and processed to determine whether there is a dangerous situation.Finally,the data is uploaded by the GPRS network to the remote server.The focus of the article is to simulate the electromagnetic field between the energy harvesting coil and the power line,and design the system wireless sensor node and system monitoring center to complete the system development.In the simulation environment,the magnetic induction intensity around the power line is increased by 800% when the coil is wrapped with the magnetic conductive material.Considering the high temperature conditions in the actual application scenario,if the heat sink is added to the equipment,the magnetic induction intensity is increased from 0.07 T to 0.2T in the environment with a magnetic field strength of 8000A/m,which is increased by 286%.In the experimental environment,this paper tests the performance of each module of the system.Tests show that when the wireless sensor node works in the system design mode,its average power consumption can be as low as 1.32 m W in 24 hours,Zig Bee network communication is normal.The system can also realize the early warning SMS reminder and data upload server through GPRS module.
