Research On Development And Countermeasure Of Drop And Pull Transport In Henan Province Under New Situation

With the development of economy,the scale of China’s logistics industry has grown significantly.However,the logistics cost of China’s transportation industry is relatively high,and reducing logistics cost is still a problem for road transportation industry.China’s logistics industry still has a lot of room for development,and it is in the process of gradually maturing.Drop and pull transport is one of the advanced forms of transport organization.The development of drop and pull transport can effectively develop intensive levels,reduce transportation costs,achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,optimize transportation capacity structure,and improve transportation efficiency and benefits.But at present,it has been hindered in the process of promotion in China.The main reasons that are difficult to promote include the lack of awareness of the public on the drop and pull transport,the low timeliness requirements for logistics,the backward transportation organization,small scale of road transportation and freight enterprises,the policies and measures of the competent government departments in terms of vehicles,insurance and traffic fees not matched.This paper analyzes the current status of the development of drop and pull transport in Henan from the perspectives of social economy and transportation development status.By establishing a quadratic curve and exponential function prediction model,the road freight volume of Henan Province in the next few years is calculated,and the market demand analysis of drop and pull transport is carried out.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the development of the drop and pull transport in Henan Province,puts forward the strategic plan of the drop and pull transport,and provides more ideas for the development of the drop and pull transport in Henan Province.By analyzing the influencing factors and principles of site selection for drop and pull transport stations,this paper constructs the location model of TOPSIS drop and pull transport station based on entropy weight.Finally,combined with the existing policies of the country and Henan Province,the development countermeasures for accelerating the development of drop and pull transport in Henan Province are proposed from the aspects of the development ideas,working principles,and countermeasures of drop and pull transport.
