Arc motor is a kind of special motor that can drive the load to reciprocate along circular arc line within a limited angle,it combines the features of both linear and rotary motors.This motor has a simple structure,high reliability,fast response speed,it is a new type of power equipment.Axial flux motor is different from the traditional radial magnetic flux motor,its most significant advantages are small axial size,low loss,high efficiency,rotor torque inertia is small,suitable for low speed and large torque operating occasions.In this thesis,it applies to the wing gate machine driving system developed a new axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor.Ansoft finite element analysis software is used to analyze the operation principle,structure size and electromagnetic properties of arc motor by two dimensional finite element method.This thesis mainly focuses on the structural design and leakage flux analysis of new axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor,including the following several aspects:Firstly,the structure characteristics and working principle of the anew axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced,Ansoft finite element analysis software is used to analyze the electromagnetic properties of arc motor by three dimensional finite element method and two dimensional finite element method.This paper analyzes various forms of magnetic flux leakage of the motor,deduces the analytical formula of magnetic flux leakage permeability corresponding to the magnetic flux leakage of each part,establishes the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the motor,and calculates the no-load leakageflux coefficient of the motor respectively by using the finite element method and the equivalent magnetic circuit method.Secondly,thedetent force which affects the performance of new axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.The analytical expressions of cogging force and end force of new axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor are derived respectively.The effects of permanent magnet thickness,slot width and polar arc coefficient on the cogging force and the effect of the shape of the end magnetic conductor on the end force are mainly studied.Finally,based on the structure of Halbach permanent magnet array,the influence of the magnetizing direction and the thicknessof permanent magnet on the electromagnetic performance of the motor was analyzed.In order to get the advantages and disadvantages of each structure,harmonic content of the air-gap flux density,and distortion rate of the no-load voltage are calculated and compared.The research and analysis in this thesis can provide some theoretical guidance for the future design of axial flux arc permanent magnet synchronous motor.
