Study On The Design Of Buffet Under Mongolian Folk Culture

Mongolian folk culture has always been a vital part of Chinese traditional culture,it is a unsophisticated and local experience of people’s life.As a nomadic people,Mongolian people are filling with unique human characteristics and customs in terms of diet,clothing,housing and activity,folk art,etc.,which has a profound influence on the Mongolian People’s clothing,diet,housing and activity,and transportation,which also embodies the features of the art and culture of ethnic minorities in China.In this paper,Mongolian folk culture in combination with modern cafeteria in order to create a catering space environment with unique Mongolian characteristics,which can make people understand Mongolian folk culture in a better way,and make our national culture be inherited,enhance people’s sense of nationality,as well as facilitate the confidence of the national culture.This paper starts with the concept of Mongolian folk culture and buffet,and analyzes the connotation of Mongolian folk culture from the forming reason,basic characteristics and cultural constituting of Mongolian folk culture.The paper,by a large number of reading literature and on-the-spot investigation,systematically studies the characteristics of Mongolian diet structure,cooking skills,dining forms,color patterns of clothing and folk crafts.It summaries the corresponding design principles and methods through the integration of these features and cafeteria,that offers theoretical basis for the actual design of catering space projects.Finally,through the principles and methods,it specifically designs the different functional spaces in the cafeteria.It uses Mongolian diet culture as the main body,and combines with its clothing,housing and activity,and folk art elements to create a Mongolian culture,unique,and experiential cafeteria.Render consumers better experience the essence and glamour of Mongolian folk culture in the process of dining environment experience,so that facilitate the inheritance of Mongolian folk culture.
