In recent years,the combination between the development of traditional industry and the information of the Internet has become more and more close.In addition,with the development and rise of China's intelligent manufacturing,more and more teams of intelligent manufacturing have joined in the field of industrial automation.Among them,as an important part of the industrial production of injection molding industry,injection molding automation production is also the future development trend.Injection molding production is gradually shifting from manual workshop to automated,unmanned production mode,so as to produce better,more efficient and less expensive products.In this paper,an automatic production line for injection molding of sunroof frame is designed and studied.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the user's demand to produce the skylight frame,the existing production line of the skylight frame was improved,and the injection molding process of the skylight frame was completed by industrial robots instead of human beings.Then,the overall layout design of the automatic production line was carried out according to the process flow.According to the control function and requirements of the production line,the control scheme of signal transmission through industrial Ethernet and hardwiring technology is determined with PLC as the main control equipment.(2)According to the operational requirements of each station and equipment in the production line,completed the design of relevant mechanical structure and pneumatic system,and drew the three-dimensional model of the production line.(3)A set of robot cutting gate system based on visual detection was designed.After considering the visual inspection requirements,the path of laser cutting was analyzed to determine the control method of the robot vision system,and the visual platform was built from the hardware system and the software system respectively.After the platform is built,the injection gate of the sunroof needs to be photographed.Finally,the position information of the gate to be cut will be sent to the robot to adjust its posture,so as to complete the cutting task.(4)In the design of automated integrated control system,firstly,based on the company's previous design experience,the relevant communication scheme of integrated control system is analyzed;In after fully considering the characteristics of software and hardware,the hardware design of PLC control system,including selection of type selection of PLC,touch screen and other related components selection,and the software design,including the structure of PLC program design,laser cutting workstation control program design,weighing the workstation control program design and robot control program design.The control software has good performance and meets the design requirements of the subject.(5)Finally,simulation and debugging were carried out on the automatic system of injection molding of sunroof,including virtual debugging of KUKA robot and virtual debugging of PLC.After debugging,the whole automation system design is completed.
