Shield machine is a large and complicated engineering equipment for tunnel construction,which has the advantages of faster excavation speed,better safety performance,higher economic benefits and greatly reduced labor intensity.The most commonly used shield machine is circular shield machine,because of the circular,its force is uniform and reasonable,the friction resistance is relatively small in the construction.However,the use of circular section,resulting in space utilization is not very high,for example,in the construction of vehicle driving tunnel work,if the choice of rectangular,horseshoe,oval shaped sections will become more reasonable.Because of the use of special section,reduce the area of excavation section,so the amount of soil excavation and backfilling will be reduced,thus greatly improve the utilization of space and mining construction efficiency,and thus reduce the cost of the project.Therefore,this paper designs a kind of shield machine tool structure which can mine all kinds of special shaped section,and the establishment and calculation research analysis of the relevant model.Considering the economic cost and safety of the field test,it is decided to develop the simulation test bed to carry out the relevant experimental research and analysis.The MATLAB simulation software is used to program the results of the mining section mathematical modeling,and finally the research design parameters of the simulation test bench are selected.at the same time,the structure design and checking of the main related parts are carried out.Using hypermesh and NASTRAN software,the stress,strain and first order mode of each part are analyzed,and the structure improvement is made.finally,the designed parts meet the performance requirements of the test bed.According to the requirements of the test stand,the scheme of electro-hydraulic proportional control system of hydraulic system is studied,the schematic diagram of hydraulic system is drawn,and the model of hydraulic components is selected.Select the transfer function method to expand the modeling,establish the valve control cylinder mathematical model,so as to get a transfer function of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.The performance analysis of the hydraulic system is carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.the PID controller is designed,and the mathematical model is corrected,which makes the system more stable.Application of Solidworks simulation software to simulate three-dimensional modeling test bench,and then introduces the simulated test related processing and manufacturing process of the mechanical structure,and introduces the design of the hydraulic pump station installation.
