Research On Risk And Response Of Securitization Of Accounts Receivable Of Z Company

With the reform and innovation of China's financial market,asset securitization,as a new way of financing,has attracted more and more attention from the capital market.As of August 2018,asset securitization in China has grown for four consecutive years,and various types of asset securitization have been practiced and innovated in China.At the same time,in order to strengthen the supervision,the relevant supporting documents are gradually followed up,and the supervision is gradually improved.Various types of asset securitization have been developed.Bank credit asset securitization has become an important means for commercial banks to activate stock assets.Enterprise asset securitization,especially Receivables Securitization,is one of the new financing options for enterprises.The asset securitization of other types of basic assets is also constantly innovating and breaking through,with various first products emerging.Asset securitization,as a kind of financing method,has incomparable advantages in activating stock assets and optimizing the allocation of enterprise resources.It may become a mainstream financing method in the future.Due to the large number of participants in the securitization of accounts receivable and the complexity of transaction structure,there are certain complexities and specific risks in the accounting treatment of this asset.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the risks related to the securitization of accounts receivable and put forward constructive solutions.This paper takes the securitization of accounts receivable of Z Company as the research object,combining theory with practice.First of all,it introduces the theoretical and practical development status of asset securitization at home and abroad,then introduces the background of Receivables Securitization of Z company,then analyzes the financial situation of Z company and explores the causes of Receivables Securitization of Z company,then analyzes the risks brought by Receivables Securitization,and finally puts forward the measures to deal with the risks.This paper is based on Z company's Receivables Securitization Business as thebackground,to study the related risks and risk management and control.The risk response plan and the analysis of the actual cases listed in this paper can also be used for reference for the enterprises in the same industry that intend to carry out the securitization of accounts receivable.
