CCHP system changes the patterns of energy production and supply.Meanwhile,CCHP system fully embodies the Energy Step Utilization Method,which is a scientific energy utilization thought.Improving energy efficiency significantly,CCHP system has been highly valued and strongly supported by Chinese government,obtaining rapid development.Although CCHP system has gained broad scale research,but the traditional CCHP system applied to engineering also has some disadvantages such as capacity configuration,operation strategy and the distribution method of cooling and heating water.This results in bad economical operation performance,increasing the power consumption and the loss of cool and heat.Under the background of a district energy project of Jinan,the paper proposes a kind of CCHP system based on DVFR.According to actual operating conditions,the paper gives a reasonable configuration and selection of the equipment.On this basis,aiming at the lowest operational cost of the system,the paper selects the power of the gas engine and the output power of the electric chiller as optimization variables.Based on Genetic Algorithm,the paper gives a reasonable optimization of the whole system.The paper introduces Distributed Variable-Frequency Regulating into terminal energy users.By means of designing the control strategies of variable frequency pumps,the paper fulfills the aim of stabilization,energy conservation and high efficiency,reducing the loss of power,cool and heat,and leading to hydraulic balance of terminal users.Based on the designing system and parameters,the paper uses MATLAB software for a simulation,giving the result while reaching the aim of the lowest operational cost.The result proves the design is reasonable,including the configuration and selection of the equipment and the control strategies.The paper gives the conclusion that the designed system is better than traditional divided energy supply system and traditional CCHP system in operational economy and energy conservation.Last,the research guides the construction of an actual project.Including a control system of three-tier-architecture,the project uses ARM controller,SCADA system and SQL database to fulfill the application of automation.
