Transparent conductive electrodes(TCEs)with good electrical and optical properties play an important role in achieving high-performance perovskite solar cells(PeSCs).The most commonly used TCEs material in PeSCs is indium tin oxide(ITO),of which the application prospect is suppressed due to its inherent shortcomings of brittleness and material scarcity.Recently, much effort has been put into the research of alternatives to ITO.Various materials, such as metal thin films, graphene,PEDOT:PSS,and silver nanowires(AgNWs),have been widely applied to the fabrication of PeSCs.However, shortcomings like low transparency or high sheet resistance of these electrodes compared to ITO hinder their application as TCEs in PeSCs.In this thesis,We fabricated a single-layer polystyrene(PS)microsphere array, which utilized the self-assembly of PS spheres followed with Reactive Ion Etching(RIE).Then we obtained periodic Ag nanomesh by thermal evaporation deposition where the etched microsphere array plays the role as a shadow mask.By optimizing the size of spheres, the thickness and coverage of Ag,the nanomesh electrode reaches a high transmittance over 66%while maintains high conductivity.Besides, the performance of PeSCs devices based on nanomesh electrodes with different fabrication conditions was systematically studied and the champion device exhibits a power conversion efficiency(PCEs)of 17.06%.Furthermore,we introduced the optimized nanomesh electrode to PET substrate and got flexible TCEs with both good mechanical, electrical and optical properties. The flexible PSCs based on flexible TCEs reached a PCE as high as 16.47%,which is among the highest values of PCEs based on flexible Indium-free TCEs.Moreover, the flexible PSCs show superior mechanical properties due to the release of mechanical stress enabled by the nanomesh structure.
